Step into a remarkable evening of American heritage, culinary artistry, and rare bourbon at this private estate experience created exclusively in support of the Northwest Association for Blind Athletes. Hosted by Bourbon Lore Founder Mason Walker and Executive Chef Mike Campos, this immersive evening invites guests to explore the living story of America through rare whiskey, culinary storytelling, and historic artifacts from the American West. Your experience begins with a welcome cocktail and the fascinating story behind the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, one of the first federal consumer protection laws in the United States. From there, guests will journey through the heritage of American whiskey with a guided tasting of exceptional and historic expressions that reveal how rye, corn, and frontier innovation shaped America’s native spirit.

Guests will also enjoy a thoughtfully curated three course dinner created by Executive Chef Mike Campos. Each course highlights the agricultural roots of early America and the grains that gave rise to American whiskey. The evening concludes with a special visit to “The Vault,” where guests will explore rare bottles from the Bourbon Lore Private Collection representing more than a century of American whiskey history.
