Join us for the 12th annual dinner & auction, Power Up. Tune in from your home or office to join alongside business leaders, philanthropists, and community partners for an unforgettable evening to celebrate the life-changing programs and impact of Northwest Association for Blind Athletes. This is our largest event of the year with over 600 attendees coming together virtually this year to enhance the
quality of life for individuals who are blind and
visually impaired through sports and physical activity.

Most children and youth with visual impairments across the United States have never participated in sports or physical activities. They haven’t ridden a bike, run on a track, or even attended a P.E. class at school. In adulthood, 65% of adults with visual impairments in the U.S. are unemployed. Northwest Association for Blind Athletes changes lives by introducing individuals with visual impairments to sports. Experiencing sports and physical activity builds their self-confidence and opens them up to the possibility that they really can pursue and achieve their dreams. Our athletes leave behind sedentary, isolated lives and gain valuable skills, confidence, and joy.
