Experience a new way of tasting Boise’s finest seasonal dishes at Dinner in the Dark, hosted by NWABA’s CEO, Billy Henry. Gather your friends for this once-in-a-lifetime dining experience at KIN! KIN is Idaho’s top-rated farm-to-table restaurant that features a rotating seasonal menu in line with Boise’s natural growing and harvest cycles. Recently awarded Idaho’s first James Beard Award, KIN delivers a dining experience like none other. KIN’s menu changes every five weeks along with a new artist that is featured on the walls surrounding where you’ll dine. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted and ushered in to enjoy the current featured artist’s work at KIN. The art displayed is part of what inspires the menu you will later partake in. You will enjoy a five-course food and beverage experience while having the option of wearing an eyeshade to allow you to experience food and drink from a different perspective. In collaboration with the team at KIN, we will guide you through the experience through storytelling and in-depth menu descriptions. This dinner will take place at KIN on May 9, 2024, at 6PM.
